Our History
Our story begins in 1997 with GIANNOUCHIDIS PETRO turning his passion for olive trees and olive oil into a thriving business, founding a modern for his time liotrivi in Lefkotopos Serres of the Municipality of Visaltia.
At our mill we believe in the power of tradition, authenticity and sustainable practices, principles that underpin our success and our vision. The 20-year cooperation between the mill and the Italian company PIERALISI, one of the main international players in the field of olive pomace crushing and centrifugal separation (DECANTER), also played a key role in this success.
How it continues...
21 years later the second generation takes over the baton with Panagiota Giannuhidou, Dionysis Giannuhidis and Konstantinos Giannuhidis. With priority to maintain the same level of their predecessor’s work, they proceed to upgrade the old centrifugal separator with the innovative PIERALISI LEOPARD 8 DMF (decanter multi-phase) technology.
Our ardent desire for continuous development led us in the year 2023 to the total renovation of both technological and building level, giving us the official right to be called the most modern oil mill in the prefecture of Serres.
